Sydney is the biggest city in Australia, with world famous landmarks and beautiful beaches. To get around Sydney the stepping-off point is Circular Quay as it is central to most major attractions. Located in Circular Quay is the iconic Sydney Opera House an architectural wonder, which showcases over 1.600 performances every year. Just a stroll around the corner are the beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens, established in 1816 and the home of over 4.000 plants from Australia and overseas.

Another must see icon located in Circular Quay is the Harbour Bridge. To best experience this historic landmark is to do the BridgeClimb which gives you the opportunity to climb all the way to the top and see Sydney in 360 degrees with spectacular views. Another way to admire the bridge is from The Rocks, one of the oldest neighborhoods which has plenty of options for dinning and entertainment.

Sydney is a diverse place, with people from different cultures living here. This diversety gives Sydney a unique filling of belonging. The cultures have intertwined and the differences are are not felt. That is why in Sydney you can feel like you have stepped into a different world. Visit Chinetown for oriental experience or visit many of the restaurants and taste the cuisines of India, Korea, Vietnam, Japan. For a spot of shopping George St. Is a must. Here you will find designer labels and high -street fashion, or visit Oxford Street which has diverse mix of boutiques.

For pure fun a visit to the family-friendly Luna Park is a must. Built in the 1930’s, it features rides like the Ferris Wheel, Tango Train, Space Shuttle and many more which are enjoyed by kids and those young at heart. Another fun place to visit is Taronga Zoo which cares for over 350 species of animals. They do live shows daily and an opportunity to see the animals up close, most popular being the koala and the kangaroo.

For fun in the sun Sydney offers many golden send beaches and Bondi beach is one of the most famous and popular. Take the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk to discover other beaches and to experience the stunning scenery that surround it.

If you want to experience fine dinning and excellent nightlife Darling Harbour is the place to be. It also offers many attractions like the Sydney aquarium where you can encounter massive stingrays, sharks, jelly fish and many more.

Here you can find the biggest IMAX theater in the world, with great shows played daily. Darling Harbour offers great museums which are fun and educational, like the Powerhouse Museum which has more than 250 interactive exhibits, the Australian Museum which has a permanent Dinosaur exhibition or the National Maritime Museum.

Sydney is a vibrant city and there is always something happening. Any visitor will enjoy the city. From young to old, from culture enthusiasts and for those who like to party, there is something for everyone. Come to Sydney in summer for the best New Year’s Eve, to experience the Australian culture on Australia Day, for the sandy beaches and warm weather. Sydney is a top destination and is an experience that needs to be felt at least once.
